Help and Support is Available

Due to latest welfare reforms it has been very difficult for individuals to claim for a range of benefits they may be entitled too, e.g. Employment Support Allowance, Personal Independent Payments, to mention but a few. The application process to claim these benefits are complex coupled with undergoing DWP Capability Assessments, thus examining individuals’ care and mobility needs, e.g. examining how far an individual can walk unaided. If the application process is not completed appropriately it could lead to the individual losing their entitlement to benefits.

There is advice and help available to assist with the application process and appeal decisions made by DWP at an independent tribunal.
