Al Nur Supplementary School

Bolton Muslim Welfare Trust Al Nur Supplementary School promotes and encourages the nurturing of Islamic Culture, which permeates all aspects of a Muslim’s life through the sound development of conduct, appearance, and morals, which establish the highest ethical nature of Islam. We aim to establish a wholesome environment for female Muslim students, that is conducive to building character and strengthening British and Islamic values. The Supplementary School aims to prepare students to be confident, active and ethical people, serving their communities with a sound understanding of their faith and cultural heritage and fulfilling their roles as successful and responsible citizens in wider society.

BMWT Al Nur Supplementary School Madrasah for girls began in September 2011 with 21 learners on roll, we now have 295 learners aged 4-18.

Health professionals, such as doctors and pharmacist, will hold surgeries and workshops to provide information and knowledge about health prevention measures and how help prevent diseases for example heart disease, diabetes, cancer etc.: For further help and treatment you must seek advice from your own GP and/or health professional.

Marriage Bureau

The marriage introduction service will help arrange a meeting for people you want to meet for potential marriage purposes. The service will be provided anonymously and you will be able to search profiles online by age, common intrests,and religious practice to help you shortlist the people you are interested in. We will also inform you of any up and coming marriage events.

A range of successful business people, entrepreneurs and business professionals will hold regular counselling sessions for people who want to seek information, advice and guidance on starting and growing their own business.
